Rental Properties and Housing Codes Pertaining to Health and Safety
Parts of the state and federal housing codes address health and safety issues that the landlord and tenant must abide by. PHS' Environmental Health Division can assist landlords and tenants in making sure these codes are being followed so that rental units are safe and healthy for current and future tenants.
