MAPP for a Healthy Future
In 2007-2008 Public Health Solutions hosted and participated in an exciting community-driven assessment and planning project called "MAPP for a Healthy Future" in each of the five counties, to:
1. Identify forces of change that affect the health of the community.
2. Identify priority public health issues.
3. Draft an action plan to address those priority issues.
There were 4-6 meetings in each county from October 2007 through April 2008. The district report is now available here.
