PHS offers free vaccines for babies and kids (up to 18 years old) weekly at our Crete office, Mondays 3-6pm by appointment (NO WAITING!). Call 888-310-0565.

We also host a Family Health Clinic in Crete on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays once a month (cancer screening, pregnancy testing, contraception, STD screening). Call for more information.
